WSU-Pullman Community Safety Fair

About the event

Join the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center, Pullman Fire Department and other local safety agencies for the third annual free, family-friendly WSU-Pullman Community Safety Fair.

Attendees will get first-hand experience with the Pullman Fire Department through a variety of activities including an agility training course, water-based fire extinguisher lessons and a simulated smoke house to learn to “stop, drop and roll.” The Pullman Police Department will also be providing information about its drones and giving children a chance to fly them. Fire trucks, an ambulance, police vehicles and vehicle extraction tools will also be on display.

There will be a variety of WSU and Pullman organizations, such as WSU Emergency Management, WSU Police and WSU Department of Environmental Health and Safety, inside the visitor center to provide information, resources and tips on how to be safe.
