Visiting Writer Series: Terry Tempest Williams and Brooke Williams
About the event
Known for their naturalist writings advocating for ecological awareness, Terry Tempest Williams and Brooke Williams are widely recognized for their individual and collaborative achievements. Terry Tempest Williams has authored 14 books, including “When Women Were Birds and Refuge: An Unnatural History of Family and Place.” Brooke Williams has published four books and dozens of articles, establishing himself as a naturalist voice. This is the first in an exciting series featuring award-winning poets, novelists, essayists, editors, and a filmmaker in five free, public readings, two student workshops, and a panel discussion on publishing and editing.
