Palouse Throwdown

About the event

The 4th annual Palouse Throwdown will take place on Saturday, September 30. This year’s event will be at the new Chinook Center in the heart of the WSU campus with both scaled and Rx divisions!  Teams will be same sex, and if you register you will be designated the ‘team captain’ and your partner will not need to register. For all registrations, you need a UREC account, which is easily be created even if you are not a WSU student, faculty or staff.

Event categories this year include “All the Barbells,” “The Hundreds,” and “Face Melter” with the championship event to be announced.
