Mom’s Weekend Free Fitness Class: Yoga Core, Saturday

About the event

This mind-body class will help you get into the rhythm of your own breath and focus on movements that strengthen and stabilize the muscles of the core. Designed to keep the body moving and to build energy, this format is great for participants of all fitness levels.

Moms can access the SRC or Chinook with their WSU Student for free during Mom’s Weekend. We recommend arriving early to fitness classes as space will be limited.
