Mom’s Weekend Free Fitness Class: Pole Fit

About the event

This fitness format takes concepts from barre, yoga and Pilates and utilizes them in a way to build strength and empowerment on a pole. Through lifting your own body weight and defying gravity you will increase the strength in your core and upper body. Combined with some floor work to target the total body this class offers a unique approach to fitness that can be enjoyed by all! All levels of experience are welcome to participate.

Moms can access the SRC or Chinook with their WSU Student for free during Mom’s Weekend. We recommend arriving early to fitness classes as space will be limited.
