Cougar Wine Connections Showcase Series – Coeur d’Alene Cellars
About the event
The Cougar Wine Connections Showcase Series is a collection of wine tasting events held before each WSU home football game at the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center. Each event will feature one cougar connected winery/wine brand presented by representatives from those wineries pouring their wines and sharing the story of their journey from Washington State University to the world of wine.
September 19 will showcase Coeur d’Alene Cellars featuring: 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2013 Merlot, 2014 Rose, and 2014 Viognier, presented by Kimber Gates (Cougar Alum) and McKinnely Dixon (current WSU Viticulture and Enology student). The event will be held from 12pm – 4pm and the football game begins at 5:30pm.
$5 tasting ticket includes tastes of all wines being featured that day and a commemorative wine glass. Apply the cost of your tasting ticket to your purchase of a bottle of wine!
Tickets available at the door, no reservation necessary. Limit of 1 tasting ticket per person. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the wine tasting. Commemorative glasses available while supplies last.
