About the event

Dr. Treat, professor emeritus of Japanese at Yale University, will read from his first novel, “The Rise and Fall of the Yellow House,” which crystallizes the life for gay men in the 1980s and intertwines the issues of love and the exploration of new relationships with the fear of AIDS.  See http://hub.wsu.edu/hpg/ for more information on the author and the book.
