“Being Wrong” Author Kathryn Schulz Presents on Feb. 24 for Common Reading Invited Lecture

About the event

Is it OK to be mistaken? Are there degrees of being incorrect? How do good things come from being wrong? Can you name several examples?

Topics from the 2013-14 Common Reading book for WSU students—“Being Wrong: Adventures in the Margin of Error”—are sparking academic discussions among faculty and students in dozens of classes. A popular lecture series features faculty sharing their research and other experts sharing knowledge. Campus events tie to the book, and help students make connections between classroom and life lessons.

“Being Wrong” author Kathryn Schulz will be on campus in February to meet with students, and to deliver the seventh annual Common Reading Invited Lecture. Be sure to save the date, and join students and the community at her presentation!
